When you registered either at a previous event (ie. Glassex, Interbuild, Civils or any of Emap’s other exhibitions) or one of our 2010 shows, you were sent a confirmation email which has your unique reference number, a number specifically assigned to you with your registration details. Once registration becomes available in June 2010, you can enter this number and edit and update your details or print out your reference number to claim your admission badge onsite at the show. However if in doubt call our helpline on 0207 728 3610 they will be able to confirm whether or not you have registered and will be able to provide you with your unique reference number or guide you in the registration process.
When are the badges sent out?

I’m worried that I haven’t received my badge yet, what should I do?
We endeavour to ensure that everyone receives their badge in a timely manner shortly after their time of registration; however an email will be sent to you a week before the event, which will contain your unique reference number and a barcode.
Simply print this off and bring it with you to the show, we will print you another badge onsite. If you forget to print this, then just give your name at the registration desk and we will manually print you another badge.
If you are in any doubt call the registration helpline 0207 728 3610 and they will provide you with your unique reference number. You can then enter this number at a self-registration kiosk onsite to print off your badge and enter the exhibition
What do I do if the details on my badge are incorrect?
If you notice your details are incorrect, then log into the registration page of the show you plan to attend. Enter your surname and the unique reference number you were provided with when you initially registered and edit your details in the form.
